We offer studio and online classes, group and personal yoga, Kids Yoga, DYS BurnFit (online), the 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification and corporate programs. Details, timings and prices are shown on the Site and may change. The price you see when you pay is the price you pay.

• You must give correct information and keep your sign-in details private.
• Your account and your class links are personal to you. Do not share them or let others use your access. We may suspend access if links or accounts are shared.
• You are responsible for what happens on your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
• A parent or legal guardian must create the account and pay for a child.

• Payments are made online through Razorpay or as arranged with us. Your membership starts when the payment is confirmed.
• A membership gives access for the period you paid for and ends on its expiry date. A membership does not renew automatically and we do not charge you again unless you choose to pay.
• All payments are final and non-refundable, as explained in our Refund Policy.

Yoga involves physical activity. Our classes are for general wellbeing and are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Speak with your doctor before you start, especially if you are pregnant, injured, recovering from surgery or have a medical condition. Tell us about any existing health issue when you create your account, and tell your teacher about anything that may affect your practice. If you have a condition that should first be examined by a doctor, we will advise you to see one before you start, and you agree to follow that advice. If you tell us about a health issue, your access to classes begins after we have reviewed it and cleared you. The time your access is on hold is added to your membership, so you do not lose any days. If we advise that classes are not suitable for you, our Refund Policy explains what happens to your payment. Listen to your body and stop if you feel pain or discomfort. You take part at your own risk, to the extent the law allows.

We may change, move or cancel a class or batch, for example because of a teacher's absence, a festival or a technical problem. We will tell you through WhatsApp, email or the Site. Online classes depend on your internet connection and device, which are your responsibility. Recordings or replays are available only where we say so.

Please be respectful to teachers and other students. Do not record, copy, share or sell our classes, links or materials. Do not misuse the Site or try to break its security. We may remove anyone who breaks these rules, without refund.

By giving us your mobile number you agree that we may contact you by WhatsApp, phone, SMS and email about your enquiry, enrollment, classes, payments and membership reminders. We send offers and greetings only if you have agreed. You can opt out at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Site, class content, videos, text, logos and designs belong to Dynamic Yoga Studio or its licensors. You may use them only for your own personal practice and not for any other purpose without our written permission.

We do our best to provide our programs with care. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for loss that is not caused by our fault, for interruptions caused by things outside our control (such as internet, power or third-party services), or for indirect loss. Nothing here limits any right you have under law that cannot be limited.

We may update these Terms. The new version will be posted here with a new date. If you continue to use the service after that, you accept the changes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Udaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under consumer law.
