Refund Policy.

All payments made for our programs, memberships and classes are final and non-refundable. This applies regardless of attendance, including:

• Voluntary discontinuation of the program by the participant
• Missed classes or batches, whether because of the participant's schedule, travel, illness or any other personal reason
• Dissatisfaction with the program after enrollment

A membership gives access for the period you paid for. We send reminders before it ends. A membership does not renew automatically and we do not charge you again unless you choose to pay.

If you were charged twice or by mistake because of a technical error, write to us within 7 days of the payment at info@dynamicyoga.in or +91-8905553527 with your payment reference or transaction ID. If we confirm a genuine technical error, we will correct it, normally by refunding the extra amount to the original payment method.

If we cancel or discontinue a program before it is delivered, we will offer an alternative such as a comparable program or a rescheduled batch. If no alternative suits you, we will refund the unused part of your payment.

If you tell us about a health issue and, after review, Dr. Guneet Monga Bhargava advises that yoga classes are not suitable for you, we will review whether to refund the part of your payment that you have not used, and we will tell you our decision. While your access is on hold for review, no days are lost: the time on hold is added to your membership.

Your membership starts after Razorpay confirms your payment. If money was deducted but you do not see your membership, contact us with your payment reference and we will check it.
