• Information you give us: your name, email address, mobile and WhatsApp number, city, and anything you write in a form or message (for example when you book a demo class, enquire, contact us, enroll, or reply to us on WhatsApp).
• Account and sign-in information: when you create an account we store your login details. You can sign in with a password, a one-time code, Google or Facebook. If you use Google or Facebook we receive your name and email from them. We never see your Google or Facebook password. Passwords are stored in a protected form.
• Membership information: the program or package you buy, start and expiry dates, your class and batch access, the dates of your journey with us (for example demo, trial and enrollment), and your payment history (amount, date, mode and reference).
• Payment information: payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details. Razorpay handles them under its own privacy and security practices. We receive confirmation of the payment, the amount and a reference number.
• Messages: when we send you a WhatsApp message or email, or you write to our WhatsApp number, we keep a record (the message, the time and whether it was delivered or read) so that we can look after your membership and answer you.
• Health information: to teach you safely, when you create your account we ask you to agree to our Terms of Service, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy and we ask whether you have any existing health issues or conditions, and if you do, what they are. You give this when you create your account, or tell our team at the studio when they create it for you. We store it in your member profile. We use it only to teach you safely and to advise you when a doctor's check is wise. If you tell us about a health issue, Dr. Guneet Monga Bhargava reviews it and may tell you that it is fine to attend, or advise you to see a doctor first (we then write to you by WhatsApp and email, without naming the condition). Only our authorised team can see it. We never use it for advertising and we never put it in WhatsApp or email messages. By giving it you agree to our storing and using it for these purposes, and you can ask us to correct or delete it at any time.
• Notes made by our team: our staff may record notes about your enrollment or your interactions with us, for example how you first found us and follow-ups.
• How you found us: we record where an enquiry came from (for example our website form, an Instagram or Facebook ad, Google search, WhatsApp, a referral or a walk-in).
• Usage data: through Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel we collect information such as pages visited, time on site, referral source, and general device and browser details, to understand how the Site is used and to measure our advertising. We aim not to send your name, email, phone number or health information to these tools.

• To keep your practice safe, using the health information you give us, and to advise you to see a doctor first when needed
• To send you your class links, batch timings, changes or cancellations, payment confirmations and reminders before your membership ends
• To reply to your questions, including through our WhatsApp chatbot and our team
• To process payments and keep records we are required to keep
• To follow up on enquiries and demo classes, if you have agreed to be contacted
• To send you offers and festival greetings, only if you have agreed to receive them
• To keep the Site safe, fix problems and improve our service
• To measure and improve our advertising

• We use the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta to send and receive WhatsApp messages. Meta processes these messages under its own terms and privacy policy.
• We send you WhatsApp messages about your membership (for example payment confirmations, class links and reminders before your membership ends) because you gave us your number to join and attend our classes. For offers and greetings we ask for your agreement first.
• You can ask us to stop at any time by replying STOP or by telling us on WhatsApp or by email. We will then stop sending messages that are not essential to your membership.
• Our chatbot gives automated answers from information we have prepared. A member of our team can read and reply to your messages.

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies for sign-in, security and analytics, and for advertising measurement through Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel. You can control cookies in your browser settings. Where we show a cookie notice, you can choose which optional cookies to allow. Blocking some cookies may affect parts of the Site.

We share information only as needed to run our service, with:

• Razorpay (payments)
• Meta (WhatsApp messaging, and the Meta Pixel for advertising measurement)
• Google (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google sign-in if you choose it)
• Facebook (only if you choose to sign in with Facebook)
• Zoom (to register you for live classes and give you your class links)
• Email delivery and hosting providers that run our Site and member area
• Authorities, where the law requires it

We do not sell your personal information. These service providers may store information on servers outside India.

We keep your account and membership records while you are a member and for 3 years after your last membership ends, after which we delete or anonymise them automatically. We keep payment and accounting records for as long as the law requires. Message logs are kept for the same period as your membership record. You can ask us to delete your data earlier (see below).

You may ask us to: show you the information we hold about you; correct it; delete it (see our Data Deletion page); stop sending you marketing messages; or withdraw consent you gave us. Some records, such as payment records, must be kept by law. Write to info@dynamicyoga.in or message us on WhatsApp. We may need to confirm that you are the person concerned before acting.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including limiting staff access and using secure connections. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Our Site and WhatsApp number are meant for adults. Children can join programs such as Kids Yoga only when a parent or legal guardian enrolls the child. We counsel the child together with the parent or guardian, and we take the parent or guardian's contact details so that we can reach them immediately if there is any issue. We do not collect information directly from children without a parent or guardian's involvement and consent. If you believe a child has given us information without consent, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new "Last updated" date, and where the change is important we will tell members.
