Data Deletion.

You can ask Dynamic Yoga Studio to delete the personal information we hold about you at any time.
How to ask
- Email info@dynamicyoga.in with the subject "Delete my data", or message us on WhatsApp at +91-8905553527.
- Tell us your full name and the email address and mobile number you used with us, so that we can find your record.
- We may ask you to confirm that you are the person concerned before we act, to protect your information.
What we delete
On a verified request we will delete or anonymise your account, contact details, membership and journey details, notes, WhatsApp and email message records, and your sign-in details. We will also ask our service providers (such as Meta for WhatsApp messages) to remove what they hold for us where they can.
What we may have to keep
We must keep some records, such as payment and accounting records, for the period the law requires. These are kept only for that purpose and then deleted.
How long it takes
We will confirm your request and complete deletion within 30 days. We will tell you when it is done.
Messages from us
To stop receiving messages without deleting your data, reply STOP on WhatsApp or tell us by email.
Signed in with Google or Facebook?
Deleting your data with us does not delete your Google or Facebook account. You can remove our access from your Google or Facebook account settings at any time.
